Program Coordinator
My name is Nicole Ladd and I am the program coordinator for Baby Momma Association. I am currently employed as Customer Care Provider Advocate for Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield. I started working with BMA in 2023 on a fundraising project. I have experience with graphics, fund raising and just general help. I believe in everything BMA is doing to empower and support disadvantaged women in our community. BMA was a huge comfort to me at a very difficult time in my life. I had just lost a very dear family member/friend. I feel like BMA was a God-send! I love working with Faye Williams, the Executive Director of BMA. Her passion for BMA is contagious. I am so excited to be a part of this!
Community Outreach Coordinator
My name is Jazzmin Madison. I am owner of MadisonHands Braids and More, LLC. I am also a board member for Baby Momma Association Inc. and I manage our CNY Diaper Bank partnership. I get to see the struggle and the needs first-hand, when I deliver diapers to young mothers. BMA's affiliation with SCORE is the reason I am now an LLC. I operated on just a business certificate for years. I appreciate BMA and their service to the women in our community. I will do all I can as a board member and small business owner to see that they succeed. I am "all in" on the mission of BMA which is to give women an opportunity to pursue a better quality of life and make the necessary steps to see their dreams become a reality.
