Ways to Serve

Find Your Role

Every skill matters here. Whether you teach, organize, deliver, or inspire — there's a place for you on our volunteer team.

Mentor & Coach

Walk alongside a BMA participant as a one-on-one mentor — sharing wisdom, encouragement, and lived experience.

Program Support

Help facilitate classes, assist instructors, and create a welcoming environment for participants during sessions.

Event Volunteer

Set up, coordinate, and support BMA events — from graduations to community distributions and fundraisers.

Diaper Distribution

Help sort, pack, and deliver diapers through our CNY Diaper Bank partnership to families in need.

Admin & Outreach

Support BMA behind the scenes with communications, social media, data entry, or grant research.

Class Instructor

Share your expertise by leading a BMA class in sewing, finance, cooking, technology, or another skill.
